Article 1. Applicability

Our VAT-number is visible on invoice.

1.2 These terms and conditions may be changed by mitexholland.com immediately without prior notice. When pending order remain the conditions you authorize and process during the ordering process, by force.

Article 3. Prices and payment terms

3.1 mitexholland.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior consent. You pay the prices that are valid at the time you place your order confirms reserved that articles were also stocked at that time and your payment of the full purchase amount is received within the time limit.

Article 4. The delivery

4.1 The delivery of your order takes place according to delivery methods of mitexholland.com after the full purchase price has been received within the prescribed time limit.

4.2 Orders cannot be delivered to PO box addresses. Mitexholland.com cannot be held responsible by any consequences of delays in the delivery.

4.3 If the unlikely event one or more products of your order are not available, we will inform by e-mail as soon as possible. You can specify substitute item (s) or cancel your order.

4.4 mitexholland.com can not be held responsible for items being out of stock.

Article 5. Retention Of Title

5.1 Ownership of the items in your order will be transferred from the time your payment of the full purchase amount is received.

Article 6. Intellectual and industrial property rights

6.1 You should respect the intellectual and industrial property rights based on the articles provided by mitexholland.com at all times.

Article 7. Right of withdrawal and complaints

7.1 You have the ability to dissolve an agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) working days counting from the day you receive your order. mitexholland.com will repay your purchase price as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the return. The costs for the return shipment and any other costs associated with returning your order, are for your account. We advise you to insure the return for theft/loss. If you use your right of withdrawal, the articles should be in original condition.

7.2 Check your the content of your order immediately upon delivery. When your not satisfied, you can send a complaint by email within 14 (fourteen) days to sales@mitexholland.com. If the complaint is justified, it’s up to mitexholland.com to the article (s) in question to Exchange or refund of the relevant part of the purchase price to do so. The direct costs for returning items within the complaints procedure will be on behalf of mitexholland.com. Any other direct and/or indirect costs may not be charged on related mitexholland.com. We recommend to ensure for the return shipment theft/loss. The returned items should be in it’s original state.

Article 8. Force Majeure

8.1 mitexholland.com is not obliged to fulfilment of any obligation under the agreement, if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure.

Article 9. Applicable law

9.1 All legal relationships between you and mitexholland.com to which these general terms and conditions shall be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10.1 mitexholland.com cannot be held liable for any delays or failures that occur due to communication through internet and/or email.

10.2 mitexholland.com pays very close attention to the quality of the images of the articles offered. The technical limitations of color reproduction on a screen may cause colors vary. mitexholland.com can therefore not be held liable for any inaccuracy in the true reflection of the items offered.

10.3 If you move to a new address, you need to notify mitexholland.com in time. Orders are delivered to the last known delivery address. Any damage caused by delivery on an old address, cannot be recovered from mitexholland.com.
